‘The FBU strongly opposes a reduction in fire cover in our North Wales towns. The ECR is a cost cutting exercise which aims to remove fire engines, close stations, lose jobs and downgrade fire cover. Some proposals mean there will be no guaranteed fire cover from Colwyn Bay to Wrexham. If these changes are allowed to happen, it will cost lives. Stand with us, and refuse these cuts.’
